7 Day Colon Cleanse Recipe
This 7 Day colon cleanse recipe is the general recipe that has been around for centuries. An almost identical recipe was recorded over 2,000 years ago. There are variations, but the idea is the same. This 7 day colon cleanse recipe is generally used as a fast. It is not for beginners. You can get very sick if you cleanse or use this recipe and your body isn't ready for it. Personally, I got very sick by the second day of my fast. I only felt better after I used colonics to help my body remove the buildup that my body was not strong enough to remove on its own. Fasting is good for the body. But this recipe takes fasting a step further and adds supplements to aggressively clear plaque from the intestinal tract. Please keep in mind that this recipe is for educational purposes only and not designed to heal, treat or cure disease. Ask your doctor before starting any fast - especially if you take medications. Drink: Apple Juice (Unfiltered, organic) Water Bentonite Clay Psyllium
These ingredients, less the psyllium are mixed together in cup with lid. Psyllium is then added and the drink is mixed again. One is supposed to drink this immediately and follow its with a glass of water.
Supplements:
- Superfood mixed with water or diluted fruit juice
- 1-3 capsules of Triphala (This herb is for those who feel they need help eliminating.)
This cleanse (7 Day Colon Cleanse recipe) is not for everyone. Even if you think you are strong, no fast should be started without proper preparation.
