We start out with a clean, mostly well-functioning system. Our body is made to heal itself, fight disease and parasites and constantly make new cells to replace the old damaged ones.

As time marches on, we accumulate toxins from stress, environment and poor eating habits. Some wise up and turn vegetarian or start eating healthier, but only after 20 or 30 years of accumulation. As plaque builds up in our arteries while our blood constantly flows, a mucoid plaque is building up in our small intestines. Our culture doesn’t like to acknowledge this.

But ignoring a problem only makes it worse. When our small intestine is blocked, we cannot absorb all the nutrients we should. This can lead to our skin aging quicker than we’d like to see. It may also lead to early hair and tooth loss. It can lead to obesity.
