Anti Aging - Look Younger through Cleansing

Cleansing is the key to anti aging. Look younger by cleansing your body to help remove toxins that may cause premature aging, weight gain, bloating and even sagging skin. Like millions of people worldwide, I do believe that cleansing is anti aging – looking younger with cleansing is a possibility. Here's what I have learned and what science is now proving to be true...

We start out with a clean, mostly well-functioning system. Our body is made to heal itself, fight disease and parasites and constantly make new cells to replace the old damaged ones.

As time marches on, we accumulate toxins from stress, environment and poor eating habits. Some wise up and turn vegetarian or start eating healthier, but only after 20 or 30 years of accumulation. While your blood constantly flows,a plaque can quietly build in your arteries. The same holds true for another pipe - your intestines. Here, a mucoid plaque may be building up, slowing your entire metabolic process.

Our culture doesn't talk about this subject. But ignoring a problem only makes it worse. When our small intestine is blocked, we cannot absorb all the nutrients we should. This can lead to our skin aging quicker than we’d like to see. It may also lead to early hair and tooth loss and even obesity.

Anti Aging Nutrition
Nutrition is the key to help your body stay young. With the right nutrients, your body manufactures collagen, regenerates skin cells and hair, and keeps your immunity strong. Cleansing and then choosing the right foods will help you feel and look your best. Remember the old saying, "you are what you eat."

Once we cleanse the skin and health damaging toxins from our bodies, we should add high-quality nutrition to our daily diets. Fresh vegetable juices will give your body the life enzymes that keep your body functioning like when you were young. The skin is an organ of elimination as is the colon, small intestine and kidneys. If the main tract of elimination, namely the small intestine and colon, have buildup which inhibits elimination of waste, the body will attempt to eliminate more through the skin.

Add this to the fact that our skin is bombarded with pollution, free radicals which break down our skin's integrity, lack of high-quality nutrition and you have skin that is aged faster than it should have. We can use nutrition to help in this fight.
