#11 - Dairy and Wheat FREE Bread

Here's an interesting bread recipe. You can add a little stevia, chopped walnuts, raisins or other spices as you like to change the flavor of your bread to suit the meal.

  • 2 Cups of ground almonds (if you can, grind to almond butter)
  • 3 egg whites, whipped to form stiff peaks
  • 1 Tbsp organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Mix ground almonds, coconut oil, baking soda, and salt in a food processor. Put into a bowl and mix in egg whites. Bake in a bread pan at 350 degrees F until the top is a light golden brown. To be sure it's done, insert a toothpick into center. If it comes out clean, it's done.
