#18 - Breakfast Couscous with Honey-Cinnamon Toppping

Try this delicious breakfast for a change in pace. It contains the widely popular honey-cinnamon combination for health benefits. Remember to try to find the "real" cinnamon and the darker, organic honey!

Ingredients:1 Cup quick-cooking Couscous
1 Cup fresh Orange Juice
1/4 Cup fresh Water
1 Cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 Cup fresh blueberries or seedless red grapes
2 Tablespoons Honey
8 Tablespoons plain yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

Heat the orange juice and water until boiling. Take off the heat and add the couscous and cover immediately. Let sit for about 5 minutes to cook. Take lid off and fluff it. Add the fruit and mix. Set aside and mix the yogurt, honey and cinnamon together. Use this as a topping for the couscous.
