#16 - Easy Tuna Lunch

1 can tuna
1-2 chopped, organic Roma Tomato
1/2 chopped cucumber
Flax oil
Raw apple cider vinegar

Mix these ingredients together along with flax oil and organic, raw apple cider vinegar. If you prefer, use fresh, cooked and then chilled fish of your choice. This is a delicious lunch to mix ahead of time and take with you while on-the-go.
