I have included this page exercise for your face because I believe it is one of the most over-looked aspects of natural anti aging programs. I have been using facial exercise since my thirties. I recently turned 49 and a friend of my sister's and her husband, who has not seen me in a while, exclaimed "Don't you ever age?" To this day I get lazy sometimes and stop doing them altogether. But then I'll see a picture of myself which will prompt me to get right back into it. It takes a little longer, but it's okay. I have decided to use those times to relax and listen to music or watch t.v. It is well worth it for the small price. I used to think that I wanted plastic surgery, but then living in the Los Angeles area saw too many women who were 47 but looked like 67 year old women trying to look 47. In other words, the surgery had an opposite effect. I decided I would never go that route. Besides, I'm afraid of anesthesia. For me, facial exercise is the answer. It is a lot cheaper and safer. And I find that I use the exercises without the device more often since I don't have to find it, change the band, etc. I can just do the exercise when I think of it. Here's why it works.... Your face is made of muscles just like any other muscle. These muscles are prone to sagging just like any other muscle. By the same token, they also respond like any other muscle - but a lot quicker, because the muscles in your face are smaller. And don't be afraid that it causes wrinkles. However, I know that facial exercises work in a different way because when I stop for a couple months I see a difference. You can compare the two like using weight training (facial gymnastics) and cardio exercise (rebounding) for a complete fitness program. I'm sure if you try this program you will not be disappointed.
