#16 - Give Yourself a Break While Cleansing

Give yourself a break while cleansing. Try to put aside heavy workouts such as weight training while on a cleansing program. Cleansing the body is hard work and can take much of your body's energy.

Temporarily replace these workouts with lighter aerobic-type activities to help move the lymphatic system. Walking, rebounding (using an exercise trampoline) and the chi machines are all excellent while cleansing. When not cleansing, use any of these after your regular workout to help clear any buildup of toxins in the muscles that may cause soreness.
