Juice - Vegetable juice, such as carrot and spinach, are full of nutrients that are needed for your body to continue producing collagen needed to health, plump skin. It is also full of vitamins and minerals needed for your hair to remain healthy and full. When you make your own anti-aging program, include the vegetable juices for the added nutrition. Your body can utilize these more than any pill and the live enzymes are an added benefit. No pill can replicate all the micronutrients found in this juice. In addition, as we age, our bodies cannot absorb all the nutrients they once could as the digestive process slows. By drinking vegetable juice, you don't have to worry about this because the nutrients are assimilated without the body having to digest it to pull the vitamins and minerals from the pulp of the vegetables.

Essential Fatty Acids - EFA's are needed for hormonal balance, which is important to keep your skin from prematurely thinning. In addition, these "oils" are needed for elasticity of skin and hair and lubricating your joints. EFA's have also been proven to benefit brain function and keep you from feeling depressed.

Facial Scrub - When you make your own anti-aging program, make sure to include a regimine for your face and include a scrub. Using a facial scrub is important to eliminate the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. If not removed, these dead cells will cause a lackluster look and even create blemishes on the dryest of skin. In addition, regular use of a scrub can help your body create more collagen which is also needed for skin plumpness. It is important to find a scrub that is good for your skin type.

You must be careful, though. I tried on a regular trampoline and my ankles and feet started to hurt. When switching to a rebounder that was made for exercise, it was like jumping on the Cadillac of trampolines.
