#12 - Plan Your Meals to Stay on Track

Plan your meals and write it down. Make a resolution to plan your meals for the next five to seven days to help you stay on schedule. Even if you plan on eating out, write it on your schedule where you will eat and what you will order then stick to it.

If possible, prepare your meals ahead of time and put them in the proper containers making them easy to grab on the go. This helps when you're too tired, stressed or have too much on your mind since these are times when we are more susceptible to grabbing the wrong foods.

Keep your schedule posted on your fridge and on a pad in your purse, your phone or appointment book - anyplace to remind you and help you stay on track.
