#13 - Fresh Chinese Cabbage Salad

Use as much or as little of the following ingredients to your liking:

  • Finely Chopped Cabbage (use Chinese cabbage or another green cabbage if you like)
  • Chopped scallion
  • soaked Hijiki Seaweed
  • Fresh tomatoe slices with pulp and seed removed

Mix the above ingredients with about 1 teaspoon of fresh, grated ginger, 1-2 cloves of pressed garlic, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce, pinch of dry mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss all these together and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

NOTE: Rinse and soak the seaweed for about 10 minutes in warm water until softened. Drain and squeeze out excess water before using.
