#7 - Lose Fat With Green Tea

Drink plenty of green tea throughout the day. With the many health benefits and nutrients involved, it will greatly enhance any type of cleanse. In fact, one Chinese Proverb states, "Better to be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one."

Green tea helps your body release stored fat - especially around the belly. In case you didn't know, excess fat around the mid-section and/or belly can be a danger signal for heart disease.

On top of the health benefits, green tea can help suppress the appetite. So drink 3-4 cups throughout the day to take advantage of this.

If you prefer your tea sweetened, try stevia which adds a sweetness plus fiber. Also, check your local health food stores for variations on green tea to make your tea time more interesting.
