#5 - Fresh Avocado and Tomatoes Salad

Here's a perfect summer salad providing high quality Essential Fatty Acids from the avocado and olive oil along with lot of Vitamin C from the fresh tomatoes! This one is great for lunch while your cleansing on a hot summer day...

  • Chopped fresh, organic Roma Tomatoes
  • Fresh, chopped avocado
  • Fresh, finely chopped basil

Mix all ingredients together. Add about 1-2 Tbsp of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon to make this delicious salad double as a liver cleanser.
