Can you strengthen your immune system? Immunity to dangerous organisms and pathogens is part of our body’s normal programming. And - you can strengthen your immune system so that it works better, stronger and more efficiently with nutrition and cleansing.

The immune system is built to deal with daily bombardments of toxins, both external and internal. Because of our increased stress, on-the-run eating habits and processed foods, we become run down.

Our body can get depleted because of built up toxins in our system. So now not only does the immune system have the daily bacteria, virus and other pathogens to fight – it must battle the internal toxins, too!

Lucky for us, our bodies’ are built strongly with many components in place for immunity, regeneration and self-healing. We have organs such as the liver to detox harmful substances, and organs like the colon and the skin to eliminate them once they are neutralized. Our breath filters and carries out metabolic wastes (created internally) through our lungs in addition to filtering what it can from the air. You have the power to strengthen your immune system by keeping these organs strong and healthy.

We have a lymphatic system in place that carries our white blood cells such as macrophages, t-cells, lymphocytes and more. These are in charge of seeking out and killing the “bad guys” such as virus, bacteria and even deranged cells such as cancer cells. Again, you have the ability to strengthen your immune system by keeping this important system strong and healthy.

It is no secret that we can keep our bodies running efficiently by providing nutrients (building materials). The not-so-common knowledge is that these nutrients are the building blocks the body uses to make new cells each day. These are needed to kill bacteria and other pathogens. We must help our bodies create new cells that eat up toxic cells. These new cells must be strong enough to keep out any virus, since we are exposed to them on a daily basis.

Another aspect of health is to keep internal toxins at a minimum. Your organs are already working hard every day to fight pathogens. Help your body by cleansing the internal toxins out. This way you have more energy to fight external toxins.
